- We back all of our work
with a 30 day labor
warranty which
allows you to receive the
same level of service you
were initially provided
with. The labor warranty
covers only the specific
issues or items addressed
that we worked on, and
unrelated problems are
specifically excluded.
Parts warranties, if
applicable, vary from
vendor to vendor and
manufacturer to
manufacturer. There are no
warranties provided on any
used parts, including
refurbished computer
hardware, and no warranty
is provided on any services
rendered for free such as
free checkup only. The
warranty is valid for 30
days after you take
possession of the
equipment, and the day you
pick it up or have it
delivered is counted as one
of the 30 days.
